As you know, the Houston and Southeast Texas area are hunkering down for what is right now a Category 3 hurricane. In light of that, my office has been closed for the last two days so that families could evacute out of Houston (which, if you have watched news reports, was probably the single largest evacuation in U.S. history).
While my wife and children have left for the Austin area, I am staying in Houston, trying to secure property and keep an eye on my property and my in-law's property. Keep all of Houston and the area east of us to Beaumont in your thoughts and prayers.
Once things are back to normal, we hope to be posting again. Godspeed to everyone.
